I am praying that she does a good job suicideblonde: bohemea: First look of Anne Hathaway as Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises Just first reaction, I’m comparing it to Batman Returns and it’s sadly lacking.  I know this is Nolan’s movie and not Burton’s movie, but I am so utterly and completely devoted to Michelle Pfeffier’s verison of Catwoman, that I struggle to embrace other interpretations.   Her costume seems to resemble Adam Hughes’ illustrations of Catwoman; if that’s the direction they’re going, it makes casting Anne Hathaway and her Audrey Hepburn-like mischievousness and pow-pow bosom make a whole lotta sense.
